Staff Sheila Cook - Office Manager Bay Area Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine is pleased to have Sheila Cook in the position of Office Manager. Sheila brings a wealth of experience in Health Care Administration, most recently working with Dr. Edward Hughes in Vallejo and Green Valley. She received her AA degree in Health Information Technology, and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from DeVry University.
